This magnet set  is discounted because the inner magnet (wet-side) does not float. The inner magnet (wet-side) is also thinner than the normal ‘Floating’ F-14 at 2-1/2 ” thick, instead of  the larger 3″thick, (hence, the reason it didn’t float). Recommended for 2-1/4″ to 3″ aquarium wall thickness.  Dimensions are 5-1/2″ x 8″ x 2-1/2″ thick.
